cincang)&lt;br /&gt;udang (buang kulit) - 10 ekor &lt;br /&gt;cendawan butang - 1 tin&lt;br /&gt;carbonara paste cap prego - 1 tin (boleh mkn dlm 4-5 org)&lt;br /&gt;bawang merah - 2 biji (cincang)&lt;br /&gt;air - setengah tin prego&lt;br /&gt;garam - secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;lada hitam - ikut suka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara-cara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. utk spegeti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;panaskan air separuh periuk. masukkan 2 sudu minyak masak dan stgh sudu garam dlm air mendidih. pahtu masukkan spegeti tadi. masak smpai lembut. bila dah masak, toskan dan cuci dgn air biasa supaya tak melekat &amp; tahan lama. tos lagi. utk lebih baik lagi, tuang olive oil dan gaulkan pd spegeti tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. utk kuah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;panaskan minyak dlm periuk. tak perlu byk minyak, sekadar nak tumiskan bawang shj. masukkan bawang merah td, agak2 dah layu, masuk ayam cincang. masak smpai masak.. :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;masukkan pes carbonara dan air. sentiasa kacau supaya tak berketul. bila dah nak mendidih, masukkan udang, cendawan butang, garam secukup rasa dan lada hitam (kalau nak pedas). tunggu smpai mendidih. kalau pekat sgt, masukkan air sedikit, dan tunggu smpai mendidih sekali lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;p/s: kalau nak buat 2 version (pedas dan tak pedas), tunggu kuah mendidih &amp; (sebaiknya ayam tu dipotong 8 dan utk lebih mudah, direbus dalam sup ayam tu)&lt;br /&gt;1 pes ayam madu brand megi.&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu rempah kari ayam. (utk bg ada rasa pedas sket)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;sedikit gula.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara-cara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sambil panaskan minyak, mandikan ayam dgn pes ayam madu, rempah kari ayam dan garam serta gula sebagai penambah rasa. gaulkan semuanya kt ayam tu..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bila minyak dah panas, goreng sehingga kaler coklat2 gelap (bkn itam legam yer..). sekejap saje yer sbb isi dalam tu dah masak masa direbus tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kemudian, angkat dari kuali dan potong guna pisau potong daging macam org buat kt kedai tu.. pahtu boleh la /&gt;serbuk perasa bg yg suka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara2 nye:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. masuk kn air kedalam periuk.agak2 menengelam kn ikan tuh&lt;br /&gt;rebus ikan sekejap bersama halia. xperlu lame sangat. agak2 ikan tu dh 1/2 msk tutup api.&lt;br /&gt;2. then kalu xsuka kuah banyak/xsuka air rebusan ikan buang air rebusan ikan tadi.(aku guna aje air rebusan tu) if suka boleh guna kan air ikan sebagai kuah. &lt;div&gt;3. masuk kan bawang merah+bwg puteh+air perahan limau+cili padi kedalam periuk yg ade ikan tuh.letak garam serbuk perasa (jika suka)secukup rase.&lt;br /&gt;4. lepas tu (hehe..)&lt;br /&gt;10. bila ayam dah agak-agak masak, masukkan bawang besar, dan gaul 8 kali lagi.&lt;br /&gt;11. lepas tu masukkan kicap, gaul dan rasa.&lt;br /&gt;12. if kaler dah cukup gelap tp kurang masin, sila tambah garam. kalau dah lebih masin, tambah air sket.
